How are they packaged and shipped?

I take packaging your artwork and prints very seriously — every piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Fine Art Prints & Hand-Embellished Prints:
Once signed, and if selected, hand-embellished, your print will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and rolled into a sturdy triangular or circular tube. Dispatch time is typically 2–3 weeks.

Framing advice:

Please note that frames are not included with your artwork.

What is the lead time for artwork?

Fine Art Prints:
Prints are one of the quickest options! Each print is made to order in London, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. I aim to dispatch within 1–2 weeks.
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery is used for UK orders; international orders may be shipped via courier depending on location. Tracking will always be provided.

Original Art on Canvas:
Originals are available immediately, but require a short lead time for framing. Frames are made to order in your chosen finish and fitted professionally with hanging fixtures included. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

What is the difference between a commission, a print and an original? 

Original Artwork:
A one-of-a-kind piece created entirely by the artist’s hand.

Fine Art Print:
A high-quality reproduction of an original artwork printed onto premium materials such as smooth satin fine art paper. Prints allow you to own the artwork at a more accessible price.

Commission:
A custom artwork created specifically for you based on your ideas, preferences, or concept. It is an original piece made to your request.

Can artwork be shipped Internationally? 

Fine Art Prints:
Yes — prints can be shipped internationally.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact me and I can add it for you.

Original Art on Canvas:
Absolutely! Original artworks are packaged professionally and shipped with a specialist art courier. All shipments are fully insured and tracked from start to finish.
Pricing varies by location — simply add your chosen artwork to your cart to view your shipping cost at checkout.

What are the Shipping fees?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, local customs authorities may apply import duties or taxes once the artwork arrives in your country. These fees are not included at checkout and are handled by your local courier or postal service.

Every country’s policies vary — if you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
If you need guidance, I’m always happy to help where I can!

Can you frame my artwork or advise on frames?

Fine Art Prints:
I don’t currently supply frames for artwork on paper, as framing is a very personal choice — from mount size and colour to materials and overall style. Please get in touch for framing advise.

Canvas Originals:

Adding a frame to a canvas is a beautiful way to finish a piece and can significantly enhance its value. If you choose to add a frame, it will be professionally made and fitted upon completion of the artwork, tailored to your chosen colour and style.

Can you advise on sizing?

When choosing a size, I highly recommend measuring your space first.

All measurements for paper prints are listed on each product page.

Please remember to account for extra space if you’re planning to use a mount or a thicker frame.

Canvas dimensions are listed on each individual product page.

Sizing tip:

Many clients find it helpful to cut out a piece of lining paper or wrapping paper in the size they’re considering, then attach it to the wall to really feel how the artwork fits your space. This also a great way to see how multiple pieces would look together.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer payment plans via Klarna for all artworks.
