A Creative Ritual for Uncertain Minds
For me — a neurodivergent artist living with ADHD and Autism — it’s not just an art exercise. It’s a form of grounding.
A way to come back to myself when everything feels a bit too loud.
The idea is simple:
You hold a small pebble in one hand.
You let your pen move in response.
You go with the flow — even if you don’t know where it’s leading.
There’s something incredibly freeing about letting go of control and watching something beautiful unfold, line by line.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
